Our Executive Team
Every search is conducted from start to finish exclusively by two senior search professionals each with over 20 years executive search experience.
Susan has over 20 years of experience in the executive search industry. She established Ingenium Partners in 2001 as a boutique retained executive search firm with the objective of being small by design and working with each client personally throughout the entire search process. She has developed client relationships with large publicly held companies as well small to medium sized organizations in a variety of industries. Her client assignments have covered a wide range of functional areas, with a focus on senior level management and executive positions.
Prior to founding Ingenium Partners in 2001, Susan developed and implemented creative and innovative staffing strategies to attract and retain talented individuals to Influence, LLC an e-commerce/internet solutions company. As VP of Talent Acquisition, Susan laid the strategic staffing groundwork for Influence’s St. Louis headquarters as well as satellite offices in Kansas City and Ann Arbor, Michigan.
Before joining Influence, Susan spent seven years at Grant Cooper & Associates, an executive search firm headquartered in St. Louis, where she was responsible for search process and methodology, business development, strategic search planning and client management. Prior to her experience at Grant Cooper & Associates, Susan worked in the banking industry for 15 years, first in Houston and then in St. Louis in a variety of positions of increasing responsibility in the areas of cash management, sales and marketing and corporate lending. A native St. Louisan, Susan has a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from the University of Texas in Austin.
Linda has over 25 years of experience in the executive search industry. She began her career at Grant Cooper & Associates, a retained executive search firm based in St. Louis, where she spent 15 years in research and search consulting. Her industry experience was focused on manufacturing, retail, healthcare and nonprofit organizations with functional emphasis in human resources, finance and marketing.
From 1999-2003, she left the search business and worked in development for City Academy, a private elementary school created to provide lower income families access to a superior education.
In 2004 Linda returned to the executive search field when she joined Ingenium Partners, Inc. At Ingenium Partners, she leads the research function and serves as a Consultant for clients in a broad array of industries. Search assignments are focused on senior management positions in various functional areas including general management, operations, finance, sales and marketing and human resources.
Linda is originally from St. Louis and has a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Middlebury College.
