Our Search Process
We develop a comprehensive and customized strategy for each search project after in-depth meetings with the client. We ask for as much time as possible up front with all interested stakeholders to fully understand the position, culture of the organization, challenges and expectations before launching the project. Throughout the course of the search we encourage regular communications to provide updates and gauge progress. An overview of our process is as follows:

- Conduct in-depth interviews of selected candidates via Skype, video or in person
- Provide client update and interview reports
- Facilitate client interviews
- Conduct reference checks
- Aid in candidate selection, negotiation and offer
